This week we are celebrating our 50th episode “Colonial Style”. Sadly, no powdered wigs but we are taking a nod from everyone’s favorite founding father, Benjamin Franklin. Good ole Ben created his own self-help program...yes, before it was cool, on his own quest to live a happier and more fulfilled life. We will be using his steps to self-revolution over the next 13 weeks and using each other to keep ourselves accountable. You know what they say, “ain’t no party like a colonial party!”
